Position Title : Manager - Business Development – Inks
Location : Noida
Purpose of Job
Drive new businessdevelopment for inks & adhesives etc. within coatings portfolio and expand its customer base.
What you will do (not limited to)
- Develop existing & new products in Printing inks, packaging, film, foil application like , water based inks, offset, gravure and flexo inks, screen printing inks, UV-cured coatings and inks, adhesives, heat seal lacquer, toners, binders, blister foils, etc.
- Coordinate with technical teams of the principles for superior understanding of the specialty ingredients along with their functionalities to be used in variety of applications.
- Ensure collaboration within cross functioning teams like regulatory, sales, purchase, quality control etc. for timely completion of projects.
- Understand market trends through tools and sharing them with team members.
- Technical promotion of the entire range of our products and conducting technical seminars and Digital Campaigns for customers.
- Work closely with the sales and product management teams to create new projects.
- Do product gap analysis and search for suitable products and potential suppliers
- Help create formulations in Lab, bring TSR and projects and work closely with Lab team
- Keep a tab on project pipelines and help in building healthy project pipelines
- Resolve technical queries independently or in cooperation with our suppliers and global technical team as and when required.
- Showcase newly developed applications to the market by participation in exhibitions / innovation days, seminars etc.
- Co-ordinate with principals / suppliers for organizing customer events, review meetings and reports.
- Expand the portfolio with existing customers and generating new customer base.
- Visit existing and potential customers on a timely basis across the applicable geographical scope.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.

Education & Experience
Full time graduate degree in Chemical Technology / . / B. Tech / BSc. ChemistryWorking and data analysis of CRMWell-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)7+ years of relevant with increasing responsibility in a reputed inks or coatings speciality chemicals business
