Compensation : ₹50,000 / Month

🔧 Role Overview :

The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations of our Cinema and Café units. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, timely maintenance, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Education Requirements :

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics

💼 Experience Required :

2 to 3 years of experience in Cinema, Café, or Retail industry

Hands-on experience in technical operations, maintenance, and daily unit management

🛠 Key Responsibilities :

Manage all technical operations for Cinema and Café units

Oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities

Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs

Maintain reports and documentation related to operations and technical upkeep
