Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the

Sirion CLM platform , with the ability to manage the

end-to-end design process , gather business requirements, and provide

best practice recommendations

to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary functional consultant for

Sirion CLM implementations

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Manage end-to-end solution design

in alignment with client needs

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

Provide

best practice guidance

on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilities

Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as needed

Support

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

and ensure successful deployment

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4+ years of experience

working with Sirion CLM platform

In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows

Proven experience managing

design and configuration end-to-end

Ability to advise clients on

best practices and optimization strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations

Experience in

functional consulting or business analysis

within CLM / Legal Tech

Exposure to

integrations

with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS)

Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available)
