We are looking for passionate Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in OmniStudio , Apex , and LWC to design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Configure and customize OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for scalable, industry-specific solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Must-Have Skills :
2-6 years of experience in Salesforce development.Hands-on experience in OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.Solid understanding of REST / SOAP integrations and event-driven architectures.Experience with CI / CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce CLI.Good to Have :
Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer).Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud or other Salesforce Industry Clouds.Exposure to AWS CodeBuild or similar DevOps tools.Personal Attributes :
