Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth in the India market. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through a combination of cold calls, outreach, and email campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in building our outbound pipeline and identifying potential enterprise customers across the Construction and Infrastructure sectors.
You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure qualified handoffs and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Outreach : Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients across India, introducing ContraVault AI and generating interest.
- Email & Prospecting : Use tools like Sales Navigator and outbound email to identify, contact, and nurture leads.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential enterprise customers across Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, and Solar sectors.
- Strategic Sales Engagement : Engage with decision-makers at CXO and VP levels, positioning ContraVault AI as the go-to platform for tender and contract risk management.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve outbound efforts.
- Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with marketing on outbound strategies and report all outreach and conversion activity using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or outbound lead generation, preferably in SaaS or legal-tech.Experience working at a 0-1 start-upComfort with cold calling, outbound messaging, and handling high-volume outreach.Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.Experience engaging senior executives, including VP and C-level stakeholders.Knowledge of tendering, procurement, or contract workflows is a plus.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.Compensation : According to Industry Standards
