Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development :
• Create and execute customer retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Data Analysis & Feedback :
• Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and predict customer demands.
• Issue Resolution :
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and work with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric improvements.
• Collaboration :
• Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer retention and create targeted offers.
• Performance Monitoring :
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and churn rates, reporting findings and measuring the success of retention strategies.
• Customer Engagement :
• Design and implement customer engagement initiatives and campaigns to foster loyalty and drive repeat purchases.
