Job Description : Navision v5 Tech Lead & Service Delivery Manager – AMS Support

Position : Navision v5 Tech Lead (with Service Delivery Manager responsibilities)

Shift Timing : General Shift (India business hours)

We are seeking a Navision v5 Technical Lead who can also play the role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for a 3–4 member AMS team. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 (customized implementation) with service delivery management responsibilities . The ideal candidate will guide the team in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements while managing client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.
