Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst with a strong foundation in finance and analytics. The ideal candidate will support sales strategy through data-driven insights, regional segmentation, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role involves working closely with SAP Salesforce platforms to generate actionable business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse sales data from SAP and Salesforce to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports comparing Forecast vs Actual Sales .
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for management reporting.
- Business Insights & Segmentation
- Conduct product potential analysis across regions and customer segments.
- Support strategic decision-making through region-wise segmentation and performance metrics.
- Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in annual sales planning , budgeting, and target setting.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to align forecasts with business goals.
- Presentation & Communication
- Create impactful business presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Present insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Finance or related field.2 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning.Proficiency in SAP - Salesforce , and MS Excel / PowerPoint .Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.Knowledge of industrial automation or process instrumentation is a plus.
