Job descriptionAdminister Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) : groups, roles, conditional access, identity protection, authentication methods. Implement and manage MFA, SSO, and access review processes. Support application integrations via Enterprise Applications, OAuth, SAML, and provisioning. Maintain hybrid identity setups (Azure AD Connect) where applicable. Configure and maintain Conditional Access, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, audit logs, and eDiscovery. Collaborate with security teams on Defender for Office 365; secure score improvements, and threat mitigation. Enforce governance standards across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, reporting, and bulk operations. Create dashboards and usage reports for management. Recommend improvements to streamline collaboration and reduce operational overhead. Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for M365 and Azure identity issues. Troubleshoot authentication failures, mail delivery issues, Teams instability, and SharePoint permissions. Liaise with Microsoft Support for escalations. 3 7 years working with M365 administration and Azure AD / Entra ID. Strong hands-on knowledge of : M365 Admin Center, Exchange Online Admin, Teams Admin, SharePoint Admin. Azure AD identity features-groups, roles, conditional access, and identity protection. Intune (nice to have but preferred). Solid expertise with PowerShell scripting. Understanding of networking basics : DNS, mail flow, SPF / DKIM / DMARC. Experience in cloud security, threat protection, and compliance frameworks. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications strongly preferred : MS-102 : Microsoft 365 Administrator AZ-104 : Azure Administrator AZ-900 or SC-900 (bonus) MD-102 (if Intune-heavy environment) Digital consulting and transformation solutions Comprehensive staffing services (contract, temporary, permanent placements) Talent management and workforce solutions Technology implementation services

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and optimize all core O365 services : Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Viva, and Power Platform.
- Oversee user lifecycle management : provisioning, licensing, access rights, and cleanup.
- Administer distribution lists, shared mailboxes, transport rules, retention tags, and mail hygiene.
- Ensure smooth Teams governance : policies, meeting configurations, call routing, and app management.
