Job Summary :
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage brand positioning, drive high-impact campaigns, and support key business growth initiatives in collaboration with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for expansion and growth.
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, traditional media, and event channels.Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through targeted initiatives.Brand Management
Lead and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all channels and communications.Maintain strong brand positioning in the market through continuous evaluation and refinement.Strategic Growth Initiatives
Collaborate closely with company leadership on long-term growth strategies including market expansion, partnerships, and product launches.Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams.Performance Measurement
Define KPIs and track performance of campaigns.Analyze marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and budget allocation.Market Intelligence
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging threats.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in marketing.Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.Strong command of digital marketing, brand development, and performance analytics.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
