Specialist Invoice Validation

Job Overview :

We are looking for a  Specialist Invoice Processing  professional to join our Finance team and support the  REFX Project  . This role requires an individual with strong expertise in invoice processing, financial analysis, and data management, particularly within the context of real estate finance and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and the ability to process high-volume invoices while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices related to real estate contracts and properties under the REFX project.
• Perform thorough  variance analysis  by comparing actual versus expected financial data for invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and local accounting standards in all invoicing processes.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., accounting, procurement, and asset management) to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
• Utilize  SAP REFX  module for accurate invoicing, contract management, and tracking of real estate costs.
• Perform  financial analysis  of invoice data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
• Assist with  monthly and quarterly reporting , ensuring that all real estate-related transactions are accurately captured and reconciled.
• Utilize  MS Access  and  Excel  for data reporting, invoice tracking, and database management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on invoice status to management and key stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvements and provide suggestions to streamline invoice processing workflows.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices in accordance with company and audit requirements.
