• Turn data into action : track performance, build dashboards, and present insights that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Innovate with AI : collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate processes and introduce smarter workflows.
• Build culture : coach, onboard, and recognize team members to create a high-performing, motivated environment.
• Plan and optimize : support hiring, workforce planning, and performance management to keep delivery seamless.
