Role : Admission Counselor

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Time Commitment : 9 hours / day, 6 days / week (may vary as per business needs)

Experience : Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales

Salary : ₹3–4 LPA + Performance-based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students & parents about admission procedures and course offerings via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Support parents throughout the admission process – from queries to documentation.

Convert prospects into confirmed admissions while achieving set targets.

Review applications for eligibility & academic qualifications.

Contribute to admission decision-making in line with PW policies.

Coordinate with students, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.

What We’re Looking For

Prior exposure to JEE, NEET, or K-12 segments .

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills .

Experience in inside sales preferred.

Passion for education & student success .
