What you’ll be responsible for :
- Paid Ads :
- End-to-end responsibility for platform-appropriate campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, , UAC — whatever fits the outcome).
- Targeting + Optimization :
- Build sharp audiences, test relentlessly, track performance, and scale what works.
- SEO & Organic Boosting :
- Ensure MyPortly shows up where it matters — and stays there.
- Performance Insights :
- Collaborate with the creative / marketing team to decode what content is working, what’s not, and what needs a refresh.
- Research & Trend Scouting :
- Stay updated on industry benchmarks, fintech + investment behaviour, ad trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies.
- Experimentation :
- Constantly run A / B tests, funnels, budget experiments, landing page variations, and more.
- Reporting :
- Clear, structured performance breakdowns with actionable next steps.
What You Should Already Be Great At :
Running paid campaigns across Meta / Google (must).Strong understanding of funnels, CAC / LTV, attribution, retargeting, and scaling ads sustainably.Keyword research, SEO basics, and growth-friendly content cues.This is an early-stage fintech startup role. Responsibilities, team structure, and compensation can be discussed and shaped together. You’ll be part of building the founding growth team — and helping build the team you need.
