Job descriptionOversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality control. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs. Optimize processes, resources, and workflows to maximize productivity and profitability. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the region. Develop and implement local sales strategies to expand market share. Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals and revenue targets. Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing, or Business Development , preferably in a service-based or B2B industry. Proven experience in branch or regional leadership with P&L responsibility. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives. This leadership role will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving client satisfaction and retention, and achieving new business targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
