Responsibilities :
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Clearly articulate and sell our project-based concepts to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Schedule and conduct professional online presentations to showcase our solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications :3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in a project-based environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.Proficiency in Bengali is a significant advantage.A confident and professional demeanor for conducting online presentations.Bachelor's degree is required.Note : - Only female candidates can apply.
