Oracle EBS Developer & Support Engineer (Finance & Supply Chain)

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Support Engineer with 8–15 years of experience in supporting Oracle EBS applications, particularly within the Finance and Supply Chain domains. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and enhancements within Oracle EBS R12, along with a deep understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Ship (O2S), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounting-to-Reporting (A2R), and logistics management.

• Provide end-to-end support for Oracle EBS applications, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules, ensuring system stability and timely resolution of incidents.
• Collaborate with business and service owners to resolve complex incidents and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Finance, and peripheral logistics systems like OTM and GTM, delivering timely fixes to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and address failures in concurrent jobs, ensuring they are resubmitted and processed successfully.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Supply Chain and Finance business users, AMS partners, implementation teams, product teams, PMO, and IT teams, to manage and resolve problem tickets effectively.
• Develop and implement solutions using Oracle EBS tools, including PL / SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle workflows, to address recurring issues.
• Participate in project UAT calls and ensure a seamless transition of new initiatives into support.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, ensuring solutions align with business needs and are delivered on time.
• Provide expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including Procurement, OM, Purchasing, Inventory, OTM, GTM, GOP, WIP, BOM, and Shipping, ensuring smooth business operations and optimized system performance.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, stability, and continuous improvement of client’s Oracle EBS applications, particularly in the Finance and Supply Chain domains.
