Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  • Proficiency in core technical components such as PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF / OAF, and Workflow Builder.
  • Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations (CEI) within the Oracle EBS framework.
  • Working knowledge of integrations with third-party systems, including Vertex and other external tax engines.

System & Application Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Cash Management) from both technical and functional perspectives.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms for incident and change management.
  • Familiarity with multinational, multilingual technical deployments, especially in English, Chinese, and Japanese locales.

    • Problem-Solving & Communication :

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving complex system issues.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide weekend / holiday support during critical periods such as quarter-end or year-end close cycles.

    • Other :

  • Understanding of financial close cycles and compliance requirements from a systems perspective.
