Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of ARTH's fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of ARTH's fintech products and platforms.
Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for ARTH's roadmap.
Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
Establish and maintain DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead / architect role.

Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.

Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.

Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
