Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive health and safety programs across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and MSHA.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure consistent safety compliance across multiple departments and shifts.
- Manage strategy and execution of safety programs, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Identify potential hazards and implement risk management strategies to prevent incidents.
- Oversee incident management, including investigation, reporting, and implementation of preventive measures.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and regulatory requirements.
