We're looking for a Property Manager to lead operations at Seclude Hampi 1800, a 5-bedroom boutique property located in Sandur, near Hampi, Karnataka — someone who brings leadership, warmth, and attention to detail to every guest experience.

Key Responsibilities-

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.
• Lead and motivate the property team, ensuring high performance and alignment with Seclude's brand values.
• Supervise restaurant operations (where applicable), including staffing, service quality, and inventory management.
• Maintain the property proactively, address operational issues promptly, and coordinate with the Head Office.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory with proper documentation and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor guest feedback, maintain service quality, and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and with Head Office teams.
