Job descriptionPeople Management Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory and ensure walkins Do lead generation activities Tie ups with Colleges and Universities in the Assigned Territory Ensure high level of service standards for the branch Make Marketing plans for the branch and ensure implementations Meeting Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly Target for branch Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc. Implementation of Systems and Processes
Experience :
- Min 5 yrs for Center Manager
- MBA Preferred
- Previous Experience in Team Handling is a must
- Local language preferred.
- Should be ready to work on Weekends
