Head - Financial Reporting & IGAAP Reporting

Job Description

Must be working in a bank or must have prior experience in Banking.

This role is responsible for managing financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and accounting standard.

Responsibilities

 Responsible for I-GAAP reporting. Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.  Monthly presentation for CFO.

 Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.

 Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.

 Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.

 Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval / Noting.  Responsibility for preparation and review of board policy.
