Lead System Engineer

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will responsible for below :

• Should have 6+ years of experience in Leading Production Support / data migration projects Primarily in Azure ADF, Databricks, Synapse etc
• Hands on Experience in Developing ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, SQL queries as an L3 engineer or developer
• Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts.
• Flexible to work from office 3-5days work week.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team.
• Act as an SPOC for all stakeholders (customer and internal) who will take accountability for delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to technical support staff
• First point of contact for all escalations.
• Track SLAs and report the same as part of WSRs.
• Should understand shift management roasters and be able to work in onsite-offshore model (multi-geo support

team).
