Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Pune. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving project goals. Regular tasks include coordinating with different departments, mentoring team members, and assisting in problem-solving and decision-making processes. The Supervisor will also monitor progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and implement strategies for operational improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in project management, planning, and execution

Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
