Purpose of the Position :
- Lead the local projects organization to deliver best-in-class projects that exceed customer expectations and deliver planned financial performance.
- Develop skills, information, and management discipline necessary to deliver services in a timely manner at planned gross margins, leveraging HBS tools, processes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Portfolio Management :Manage a portfolio of projects within the location.Lead a team of Project Managers in partnership with Honeywell sub-contractors to deliver projects in compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and Honeywell and customer requirements.Service Areas Covered :BMS ControlsFire Alarm and Detection SystemsSecurity and Access Control SystemsRequired Experience & Skills :
Experience in project management with thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes.Supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team.Core Competencies :
