Drive tech enabled automation for all manual processes for OEM OperationsTaking ownership of exception reports / analysis / fixing the issues and incidents leading to these exceptionsConduct UATs / Testing for new launches - products and OEMsExtensive liaison with OEM Channel Partners in case of Sales / Ops / Tech queryEnsuring congruence between OEM systems and DigitIdentify the gap that has led to premium mismatchs and timely closuresWork closely with stakeholders to validate system functionalities, usability, and overall user experience.Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results, highlighting any deviations from expected behavior.Participate in meetings and discussions to provide feedback and suggestions for system improvementsIdentify, track defects and issues discovered during testing and work with Stakeholders to ensure timely resolutionDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and use casesProvide BOT requirements to simplify the processPreferred candidate profile
- 2 - 5 Yrs experience in UAT and manual testing.
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in insurance industry is mandatory.
