Job Title : Senior Academic Counselor

📍 Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

💰 Salary : Up to 40k in hand

🕒 Working Days : 5 days (rotational week-offs) | 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects to guide them in making informed decisions about our courses.

Understand candidate profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide personalized recommendations.

Present program features, benefits, and USPs in a persuasive and consultative manner.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales process.

Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.

Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.

Update and maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales (International Call Centre / Voice Process – mandatory).

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of executive education / corporate training is a plus.
