Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Customer Success Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with users to collect feedback, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining customer relationships to improve retention.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Call users to collect feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
  • Engage with customers in the first month post-onboarding to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Conduct follow-ups to prevent account churn and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and drive product enhancements.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a great team player.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales process.
