We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Customer Success Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with users to collect feedback, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining customer relationships to improve retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call users to collect feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
- Engage with customers in the first month post-onboarding to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Conduct follow-ups to prevent account churn and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and drive product enhancements.
