Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex technical requirements to sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and Boolean searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and job specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and best practices.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
