About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced BESS Techno-Commercial Manager to support ACWA Power’s fast-growing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio.

You’ll work at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and business development — helping shape bids, optimize project configurations, and drive financial closings for world-class clean energy projects.

What You’ll Do

You will act as a key link between the CIO organization, Technical Services, Business Development, and EPC partners, ensuring technical and commercial excellence across all BESS initiatives.

Your day-to-day work will include :

1. Bid & Project Support

• Lead techno-commercial input for BESS bids and proposals
• Support risk & opportunity assessments, RFQ / RFP reviews, and dispatch analyses
• Optimize project technical configurations and energy mix models
• Review and contribute to key project documents — including PPA, EPC, O&M, ICA, and LLA agreements
• Coordinate EPC strategy, contractor selection, and performance guarantees
• Evaluate BESS product qualifications and benchmarking of EPC commercial proposals
