Job Description

Strategic Planning :

• . Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for energy storage solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall renewable energy goals.
• . Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Project Management :

• . Oversee the full project lifecycle for energy storage initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and successful execution.
• . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project, finance, and legal, to drive project success.

Technology Evaluation and Integration :

• . Assess and evaluate emerging energy storage technologies, providing recommendations for their feasibility and integration into current and future projects.
• . Work with teams across the organization to facilitate the seamless adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Regulatory Compliance :

• . Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy and energy storage sectors.
• . Ensure that all projects are fully compliant with local, national, and international regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement :

• . Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, partners, and industry associations.
• . Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance its profile and leadership within the energy storage sector.

Develop Standard Processes and Templates :

• . Establish and implement procurement standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across all procurement activities.
• . Continuously improve procurement practices aligning with industry best practices and organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

Experience Required : 15-18 Years

Qualification : B.Tech

Proven leadership in energy storage or renewable energy projects.

Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and technology trends in the energy sector

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
