Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Executive who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performing finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while working closely with multiple departments across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Own and execute daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Collaborate with Banks, Razorpay, Atom, and Stock Exchange to ensure smooth reconciliation processes.
• Manage revenue accounting with zero leakages and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Handle interest booking, accruals, and reversals in line with bank statements, Form 26AS, and certificates.
• Accurately record Credit Card / Prepaid Card expenses in the books.
• Support internal and external audits with precision and timeliness.
• Manage petty cash efficiently.
• Act as a backup for the Payables team, ensuring vendor payments and compliance accuracy.
• Conduct periodic reviews of GL accounts to spot and correct accounting errors.
• Track and monitor vendor advances to ensure timely settlements.
• Work hands-on with Zoho Books and leverage MS Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal & Admin to drive financial alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance our data infrastructure. Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Optimize and improve existing data systems and processes for performance and scalability. Implement data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security. Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics. Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data services. Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for data engineering.
