Job descriptionConduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Go Digit Life Insurance products. Explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales performance.
Requirements :
- Recent graduates or housewives with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexible working hours.
