Notice period : Immediate to 2 months

Role : Workday Developer

Key Responsibilities & Skills : Integrations :

Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
Ability to design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and other systems / applications using these tools.
Skilled in handling inbound and outbound integrations, data transformation, and error Expertise :
Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Workday.
Familiar with configuration and customization within these modules to support organizational HR processes.

Agile Methodology Experience :

Experience working in Agile teams, familiar with Scrum framework.

Active participant in Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure timely :

Proficient in Workday Report Writer and Advanced Reporting tools.

Skilled in creating custom reports, calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports tailored to business

needs.

Experience in troubleshooting reporting issues and optimizing report performance.

Additional Skills (optional but valuable) :

Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and Security configurations.

Understanding of Workday Tenant Management and periodic maintenance tasks.

Basic knowledge of Workday Cloud Platform and extensibility options.
