Location : Lower Parel (5 minutes from Railway Station)

About the Role :

As an Academic Counselor at IIDE you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. You will counsel students on IIDEs digital marketing courses providing valuable career advice and answering their addition to managing student communications you will mentor junior counselors and contribute to meeting set sales targets. This role requires passion for education a strong ability to connect with students and parents and the drive to help them succeed in their career paths.

What Youll Do :

Student Counseling & Guidance :

• Counsel students about IIDEs digital marketing courses helping them choose the right path based on their interests and career aspirations.
• Communicate with students and their parents both in-person and over the phone answering their queries and guiding them through the course options.
• Provide expert advice on career opportunities and guide students through their learning journey.

Location Requirement : Candidate must be residing in Mumbai.

Required Skills :

Skills & Requirements : - 1 - 7 years of experience in academic counseling / sales / admissions (edtech preferred). - Strong communication & presentation skills (English proficiency a must). - Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales / conversion targets. - Ability to handle student objections and build trust through consultative counseling. - Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools Google Suite. - Passion for education and guiding students in making career choices.
