Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Standard Cell Library Characterization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for characterizing standard cell libraries to support advanced digital design flows and ensure high-quality PPA (Power, Performance, Area) metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform characterization of standard cell libraries using industry-standard tools (e.g., Liberate, SiliconSmart).
• Generate Liberty (.lib) files for various process-voltage-temperature (PVT) corners.
• Validate and debug characterization results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with design, CAD, and technology teams to optimize cell libraries.
• Automate flows and scripts to improve efficiency and reliability of the characterization process.
• Support timing, power, and noise analysis for digital design teams.
