Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding healthcare insurance claims and benefits.

- Process claims and ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in healthcare or international voice process is preferred.Strong understanding of US healthcare insurance systems and regulations.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.Familiarity with CRM software and case management systems is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
