Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Technician, based in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home acceptable. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems, ensuring efficient power generation. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, performing system checks, and making necessary repairs or adjustments to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Solar Systems and Solar Power
• Familiarity with the Solar Industry
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and maintaining power generation systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or training in solar technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
