Solar Technician

to join our growing team and help us power a cleaner future.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

Perform testing, commissioning, and inspections to ensure system performance and compliance with safety standards.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Work closely with project managers, electricians, and engineers to ensure timely project completion.

Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports on work performed.

Qualifications

ITI or diploma

(Associate’s degree or trade school certification preferred).

Previous experience in solar PV installation or electrical work required.

Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
