Who You Are :
A detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting. You maintain high standards of accuracy, ensure timelines are met without exception, and consistently uphold audit and statutory discipline. You approach finance with integrity, structure, and a clear understanding of business impact.
Responsibilities :
- Independently lead the monthly financial closure , ensuring zero slippages, real-time reconciliations, and audit-ready books
- Prepare and own Ind-AS compliant standalone and consolidated financials , giving leadership clarity on profitability, cash, and key variances.
- Anchor statutory audits for both domestic and international entities — from audit calendar to closure — with no repeat observations.
- Ensure flawless compliance with direct tax, GST, and FEMA, including assessments, filings, and response management — no missed timelines.
- Maintain a live, inspection-ready fixed asset register — aligned to actuals, clean from legacy gaps, and in sync with ERP and physical count.
- Build and enforce tight financial controls — including maker-checker processes, monthly control checklists, and exception tracking.
- Drive data-backed reporting : create flash reports, cost-to-serve models, and exception-based MIS for faster decision-making by management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SCM and HR to ensure financial accountability is embedded into operations .
- Partner with tech / ERP teams to automate recurring tasks , reduce manual interventions, and enable first-time-right data capture at source.
What You Bring to the Team
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance.Strong working knowledge of Ind-AS , tax regulations, and statutory audit processes.Prior experience in managing audits with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Proficient in ERP systems and Excel-based financial models.Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and maintain high standards under deadlines.Clear, structured communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
