Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Management professional to strengthen our company’s culture, employee experience, and people strategies. This role is responsible for developing and implementing talent management initiatives that align with our organizational objectives and values.
The successful candidate will drive initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development, with strong program management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy Development
- Implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term organizational growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent initiatives align with overall organizational strategy.
Performance Management
Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.Partner with leaders to enhance employee performance and productivity.Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being.Gather and analyze feedback from employee surveys and engagement initiatives to guide improvements.Research and incorporate best practices in employee experience and engagement.Program & Project Management
Lead and coordinate cross-functional talent initiatives and change management projects.Maintain documentation and action plans for talent programs, ensuring effective execution.Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and report talent metrics to senior management.Qualifications
Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.5–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in Talent Management, Employee Experience, or Organizational Development.Strong strategic thinking and ability to align talent initiatives with business goals.Experience managing programs and projects with measurable impact on employee experience and development.Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights to improve programs.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Skills
