Lead Engineer - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Engineer Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in business analytics, product strategy, or growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives across growth, product, operations, and marketing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic decisions using data insights.
• Build and maintain business performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Use Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Python, SQL, and BI tools to derive insights and solve business problems.
• Work closely with design, tech, and leadership to translate insights into actionable :
• Strong business acumen with a data-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI), Google Analytics (GA4), and Amplitude is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 01 year of experience in analytics, product, or startup roles (internships included).
