1. Client - Logistic Set up

2. relevant experience in Customer service / customer support with BPO / Telecom / Insurance sector

3. Documentation of processes for each of the assigned clients

4. Ensure customers- queries / escalations are managed with high accuracy / relevance within the agreed SLA / TAT.

5. Calling the customer to collect data

7. Coordinating with the outsourced vendor for inbound / outbound calling activities.
