Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Food Technologist will be responsible for managing supply chain of raw materials, developing food products, ensuring quality control, and conducting quality assurance.

The role also includes engaging in meeting clients to understand their requirements and to develop products as per their needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry and bio-chemistry
• Basic Understanding of food preservation and shelf life
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
