Job Brief
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to assist in managing day-to-day sales activities, client communication, and internal coordination across teams. The role involves tracking leads, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to enhance overall business efficiency and performance. This position demands a high level of transparency, accountability, and accuracy in managing data and client interactions. Key roles and responsibilities
Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations team to ensure smooth order processing and client support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order details.
Prepare and update sales reports, tracking team performance and targets.
Communicate professionally with clients via email and calls.
Support the business team with documentation, pricing sheets, and presentation materials.
Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities for internal updates.
Ensure prompt coordination between logistics, accounts, and business teams.
Manage and track sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and closures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or client support (preferably in the plastics, polymers, or chemical industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
