Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves delivering projects that improve service delivery, being a primary point of contact for escalated product issues, and owning the triage investigation and resolution of complex technical issues.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Deliver projects that enhance service delivery
• Act as primary point of contact for escalated product issues
• Own and orchestrate the triage investigation and resolution of complex technical issues
• Participate in application monitoring using logs data stores internal tools and dashboards
• Be part of our incident response team responding to alerts and bearing some on-call responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in software companies with a customer-facing product, a strong technical background with excellent troubleshooting analytical and data skills including familiarity with AWS services or similar active SQL skill set experience with release management toolset and service reporting tools Datadog or similar. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with engineering QA and customer-facing teams.
