Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales activities.
Explain life insurance products clearly to customers and help them choose suitable plans.
Meet customers regularly for presentations, queries, and policy counselling.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and proposal form completion.
Participate in marketing activities, field visits, and sales campaigns organized by the company.
Update daily sales reports (DSR) and share with reporting manager.
Skills & Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (Insurance / BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good understanding of life insurance products (training will be provided).
Graduation preferred
