Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Vadakara. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, providing tailored matchmaking or e-commerce solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, including client relationship management, customer service, and communication
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, including matrimonial or e-commerce services, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic situations, and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
