Walkin Time : 9.30 am to 3pm

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for various skill sets.
• Manage client requirements, understand job descriptions, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
• Maintain candidate and client databases for future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and contract terms for C2H hiring.
